Shipping Information
Once your payment has been processed, you agree to the term and conditions outlined below regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of processing your order. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
- Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Standard Shipping is at a rate of $9.95
Express postage is at a rate of $13.00
Delivery Times
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time on standard shipping within Australia is 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. This is dependent on Australia Posts delivery schedule. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available within Australia at a higher shipping rate of $13.00 AUD. Estimated delivery times on express shipping are 1 – 2 days from the time of dispatch. This is dependent on Australia Posts delivery schedule. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Due to changes to Australia Posts delivery service, a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package Australia Post will leave the parcel in a safe place.
Additional Information
The outlined delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holidays, weekends and weather.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, Lottie and Grace will not offer a refund for this package. Please ensure you provide the correct details at the checkout.
If your package was unable to be delivered and is returned to Lottie and Grace a redispatch fee will be incurred. This fee amount is dependent on location.
Lottie and Grace is not responsible for packages deemed lost, stolen or delayed in transit.
International Orders
Lottie and Grace charge a flat rate shipping fee of $45.00 AUD on international orders (pack and track shipping). We use Australia post which is a worldwide service.
All international orders will require a signature upon delivery. If a delivery is attempted and the parcel is not signed for, you will be required to collect your package from you local post office.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided by the customer, Lottie and Grace will not offer a refund for this package. Please ensure you provide the correct details at the checkout.
Customs
Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges. Delivery may take longer due to custom clearance delays in your country.
Lottie and Grace does not provide refunds to customers who fail to pay duties and taxes associated with your order.
Lottie and Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit and customs.
International delivery costs do not include local taxes and import/customs duties. Any taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
